Shipping

All orders placed via our online store will attract a delivery fee.  Rates for both Australian and International delivery locations are listed below. All figures are in AUD (Australian Dollar currency). Free or reduced delivery promotions may be available from time to time, however, the rates listed below will be applied unless otherwise stated.

Within Australia

All deliveries will be sent via courier and will need to be signed for. Please note that deliveries to PO Boxes are not accepted.

Rates:

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Outside Australia

All deliveries will be sent via courier or Express Air Mail, depending on the size of the order.

Rates:

New Zealand - $18.00

Asia - $40.00

USA & Canada - $55.00

Europe - $60.00

Rest of World – upon request

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery for most locations.

Please note – it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes (GST, VAT etc.), customs duties or any other fees or charges that may be associated with an international delivery of this type. Please check with your local customs office for up to date information.

Returns

The return/exchange of items purchased via the online store will only be processed for damaged items or products received in error. Please select your items carefully.

Intellectual Property

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the intellectual property, including all patents and trademarks, illustrations and design, photography, literary text, inventions, technology, equipment, methods or techniques together with any company brand names and trademarks are the property of CRD and nothing will be construed or interpreted as in any way constituting an assignment of any of those rights and entitlements to the Customer, and shall at all times remain vested in CRD; b) the intellectual property must not be copied, scanned, reproduced or repackaged in any way, shape or form without the express written consent of CRD; c) CRD does not permit repackaging of its product in any way, shape or form without the express written consent of CRD; d) where CRD permits in writing the use of any of its intellectual property during the time the Customer trades with CRD for the purpose of advertising or promotion, or for any other purpose including for the purpose of resale as a finished commercial product the Customer understands that said intellectual property must recognise CRD name and trademark at all times.

Site Security

Every endeavour is made to ensure that this site is secure. However, users must be aware that the World Wide Web is an insecure public network and that third party interference can occur. Customers Credit Card details are protected by a VeriSign® Secure Site SSL Certificates protecting the transfer of sensitive data on Web sites, intranets, and extranets.

Users are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to ensure that whatever is selected from this site is free of contamination that may interfere with or damage the user's computer hardware or software.

Product Disclamier

We take pride in producing quality original Australian-designed products. Where possible, our papers are environmentally friendly, using Elemental Chlorine Free puplp sourced from sustainable forests and vegetable based printing inks. All waste is also recycled where possible. Our paper and accessories are produced as accurately as possible, however, slight colour variations may occur from time to time. Pre-testing is also highly recommended when printing as results may vary and are not guaranteed. Ppaers are not recommended for use with food.
